By focusing on the Army Values of Leadership, the Dauntless Battalion forms high-performing leaders. Cadets are initially given experience leading their peers as sophomores and juniors. During senior year, cadets are given Company and Battalion level leadership where they organize, plan, and lead all Battalion training exercises and events. This progression of responsibility allows our cadets to grow and flourish into confident leaders as they begin their Army career.
