Fitness

Our cadets take pride in maintaining a healthy, fit body and mind. With 3-4 physical training sessions a week, cadets train in strength, endurance, and speed through a variety of exercise regimens. Each semester, cadets complete the Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT) and engage in friendly competition amongst class levels and companies to achieve the highest scores. In addition to company-led physical training sessions, the Battalion comes together for sports competitions and physical training events throughout the semester.

Dauntless Battalion cadets consistently engage in physical fitness outside of ROTC. Annually, cadets form running teams for the Army Ten-Miler in DC and the Philadelphia Love Run Half Marathon. Cadets and cadre have also completed various marathons!
